As an open access, Journal of Multidisciplinary Law Studies (JOMLAS)  allows authors to hold the copyright of their articles. Authors have the right to reproduce and distribute their work. Journal of Multidisciplinary Law Studies (JOMLAS)  allows authors to deposit versions of their work in institutional repositories or other repositories of their choosing. An article cannot be published until the Journal of Multidisciplinary Law Studies (JOMLAS) has received signed permission from the author to publish the work.
